Job Summary
General Education Instructor for Anatomy & Physiology delivers on-site college-level instruction, prepares and delivers lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, adheres to course syllabi, employs diverse teaching methods to support varied learning styles, maintains an inclusive and professional classroom environment, provides student support through advising and office hours, participates in student affairs activities and program improvement processes, assesses and uses data to enhance outcomes, collaborates with colleagues for program growth, complies with accreditation standards, and maintains appropriate documentation and materials for course delivery and assessment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in subject area OR Master's degree in another subject area with 18+ graduate hours in subject area
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret materials related to area of expertise
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and any software required for course delivery
