General Duty Nurse (N2) - Patient Care PX3 Forensic

Provide professional nursing services for patients, including those with complex health needs, with independent nursing, administration of interventions and treatments, a leadership role within the healthcare team, and coordination of patient care and discharge. Maintain active nursing registration, adhere to provincial standards and ethics, and follow relevant acts and guidelines (PHIA, Mental Health Act, WHMIS, Routine Practices). CPR training per policy; preference for Indigenous language knowledge or Indigenous community involvement. Requires ability to work in a team, adapt to a demanding environment, and prioritize care; term position ending earlier per collective agreement; in-person duties at Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg.
