Job Summary
General Dentist - Stone Mountain: Provide general dentistry services including diagnosis and treatment of diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums. Examine patients using x-rays and diagnostic procedures; perform cleaning, fillings, extractions, and replacements with dental instruments; provide preventive care and education in oral hygiene; coordinate laboratory services; adhere to OSHA/bloodborne pathogen safety; participate in morning huddles and chart reviews; fulfill duties allowed by state law. Emphasizes quality patient care, effective communication, and professional conduct. Requires DDS or DMD and state licensure or eligibility, plus BLS/CPR; residency training (GPR or AEgd) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Licensed in state in which practicing or ability to obtain licensure upon graduation
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certificate
