Job Summary

Provide prescriptions as needed and maintain accurate, confidential patient records. Refer complex cases to specialists for treatment. Ensure all work complies with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards. Requires DMD or DDS, active state license, and DEA certification.
Required Qualifications
- DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
- Active, unrestricted state dental license or in the process of obtaining a license upon graduation
