Job Summary
Provide high-quality dental care to patients with autonomy in clinical practice. Develop and review dental treatment plans, obtain informed consent, and deliver comprehensive restorative and preventive care. Lead and coordinate clinical support staff, maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state dental board regulations, and contribute to a family-focused, community-oriented practice with opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and immigration sponsorship as needed. Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an appropriately accredited program
- licensure in the United States
- ability to obtain licensure in target states
- eligible for immigration sponsorship (H-1B/TN/Green Card) as needed
- maintain professional licensure and adhere to state dental board rules
- strong patient-care and communication skills
