Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning while delivering preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care. Build long-term patient relationships through education and trust, collaborating with specialists for coordinated outcomes. Utilize modern technology including Dentrix, digital charting, and imaging to provide efficient, patient-centered treatment. Perform duties in a full-scope practice featuring nine operatories and access to periodontics and oral surgery support. Schedule includes Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with Friday hours from 8 AM to 4 PM. Flexible part-time and full-time options are available across one or two locations.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active Connecticut dental license
- Minimum 2-3 years of dentistry experience (required)
- Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset
- Team-oriented, clinically confident, and growth-minded
