Job Summary
Provide comprehensive general dentistry including exams, diagnoses, treatment planning, and delivery of preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care. Build long-term patient relationships through education and trust; collaborate with specialists for coordinated outcomes; utilize modern technology (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, digital charting, imaging) to deliver efficient, patient-centered care. Requires an active CT license and 2-3 years of dentistry experience; flexible PT/FT across Cromwell and East Haddam locations with full administrative support and opportunities for leadership or partnership.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active Connecticut dental license
- Minimum 2-3 years of dentistry experience
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented and growth-minded
