Job Summary
Provide general dentistry services including diagnosis and treatment of diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums and related oral structures. Examine patients to determine the nature of conditions using x-rays and diagnostic procedures. Perform cleaning, fillings, extractions, and replacements with rotary and hand instruments. Provide preventive dental services and education in oral and dental hygiene. Coordinate laboratory services for the dental office. Adhere to safety protocols including OSHA/Bloodborne pathogen requirements. Participate in morning huddles, chart reviews and routine office meetings. All other duties allowed under applicable state laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- licensed in state or ability to obtain licensure
- BLS and CPR certificate
- GPR or AEGD preferred
