Job Summary
General Dentist position in St. Petersburg, FL. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating diseases and malformations of teeth and related oral structures, performing exams with X-rays, cleaning, filling, extracting, and replacing teeth, providing preventive dental services and education, coordinating laboratory services, adhering to safety protocols (OSHA/Bloodborne pathogens), and participating in morning huddles and chart reviews. Must hold a DDS or DMD and be licensed or eligible for licensure; BLS/CPR certification required; GPR/AEGD preferred.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Licensed in the state where practicing or ability to obtain licensure upon graduation
- Current BLS and CPR certificate
- Completion of a general practice residency (GPR) or AE GD residency preferred
