Job Summary
Conduct initial screenings, comprehensive oral exams, and establish treatment plans for underserved children at local schools. Perform fluoride treatments, sealants, prophy, fillings, and simple extractions during two days per week from 7:00am to 3:00pm. All supplies, equipment, and support staff are provided, with malpractice coverage included. Earn 32% of billed production plus a $4000 sign-on bonus, travel reimbursement, and 401k. Requires an active Indiana Dental License, current CPR certification, and Medicaid certification. Willingness to travel within a two-hour radius is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana Dental License
- Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
- Proficiency in all of the areas listed above
- Must be Medicaid Certified or willing to become certified
- Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius
