Job Summary
General Dentist needed in Lawrenceville, GA to provide comprehensive general dentistry services including diagnosis and treatment of diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and related oral structures. Responsibilities include patient exams with x-rays and diagnostic procedures, cleaning, fillings, extractions and replacements, preventive care and education, coordinating laboratory services, adhering to safety protocols (OSHA/Bloodborne pathogens), participating in morning huddles and chart reviews, and performing other duties allowed by state regulations. Must demonstrate commitment to quality patient care, effective communication, and professional demeanor. Requires DDS or DMD and current licensure or ability to obtain licensure; BLS/CPR certification; GPR/AEGD preferred.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Licensed in state in which practicing or ability to obtain licensure upon graduation
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certificate
- Completion of a general practice residency (GPR) or advanced education general dentistry residency (AEGD) preferred
