Job Summary
General Dentist position in Jacksonville requiring DDS/DMD and active licensure in Florida or ability to obtain, with part-time schedule (Mondays and Fridays). Responsibilities include performing general dentistry services, diagnosing and treating diseases and conditions of teeth and gums, examining patients with X-rays and diagnostic tools, cleaning, filling, extracting and replacing teeth, providing preventive dental services and education, coordinating dental laboratory services, and adhering to safety protocols (OSHA/Bloodborne pathogens). Participation in morning huddles, chart reviews, and routine office meetings is expected; must maintain professional communication and patient education to ensure high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Licensed in the state of practice or ability to obtain licensure upon graduation
- Current BLS and CPR certification
