Job Summary
General Dentist sought for private practice in Lancaster, PA. Will work with full support staff; compensation includes daily salary or 30% of adjusted production with a tiered bonus structure. Benefits include health, vision, dental after 60 days, 401K with employer match after 1 year, PTO, paid holidays, malpractice coverage, no lab fees, CE $5,000/year, and CE included.
