Job Summary
General Dentist needed in a Jacksonville, FL office. The position offers $220,000+ compensation based on production with tiered percentage of production, retention bonus, mentorship, and options to buy into the practice. Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k), CE reimbursement (up to $5,500) and travel reimbursement ($1,000), malpractice insurance reimbursement ($1,200), a personal assistant program, employee assistance program, direct deposit, flexible spending, uniform reimbursement, and weekly training. Responsibilities include working 4–5 days per week with no weekends (office hours 8am-4pm Mon/Wed/Fri and 10am-6pm Tue/Thu).
