Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school, or currently attending an accredited dental school to obtain a degree for DDS or DMD

- DEA certification
- CPR/BLS certification or the ability to obtain
- Successfully passed a background check, including a drug screen
