Conduct broad-spectrum general dentistry including restorative procedures, crowns, bridges, and fillings across two locations in Chicopee and Worcester, MA. Manage a steady stream of new patients within a fully staffed environment featuring strong hygiene support and modern technology. Expand clinical scope into advanced procedures as experience grows while utilizing supported referrals for specialty cases. Maintain full clinical autonomy with operational support and participate in continuing education opportunities. Enjoy a collaborative, doctor-first culture with flexible scheduling options for full-time or part-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD licensed (or eligible) in MA
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and case presentation ability
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on patient experience
- 4-5 days in Chicopee
- Full-time preferred
- Part-time considered
- Flexible scheduling across both locations
