Manage a steady patient flow with full clinical autonomy while supported by staffed hygiene teams and modern technology. Expand into advanced procedures as experience and interest allow, utilizing supported referrals for specialty cases. Maintain consistent daily production to meet the base plus 35% adjusted compensation structure. Join a collaborative, doctor-first culture with opportunities for continuing education and internal referral support within the multi-location network.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD licensed (or eligible) in MA
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and case presentation ability
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on patient experience
- 4-5 days in Milford, MA
- Full-time preferred
- Open to splitting time between 2 locations
