Job Summary
Diagnose and treat general dentistry cases with full clinical autonomy, including surgical extractions and crown and bridge procedures. Manage patient care while the business team handles all operational aspects and marketing strategies. Maintain a flexible schedule to ensure a steady stream of patients and exceptional treatment plan acceptance. Hold a valid state license, regional board eligibility, and CPR/BLS certification with at least one year of general dentistry experience. Commissioned income based on fee-for-service models with no insurance write-offs.
