Job Summary
Lead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment to deliver optimal dental care and an exceptional patient experience. Collaborate with non-clinical teams (Talent, Finance, HR, IT) to optimize practice operations. Foster a patient-centric environment and tailor care to individual needs. Requires a DMD or DDS with an active state license in good standing; 1-2 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred, with select positions open to new grads. Positions available at Dental365 Centereach and Dental365 Shoreham in NY; flexible to full-time or part-time availability. Benefits include malpractice coverage, in-house CE, 401(k) with match, and other comprehensive programs. Salary range: $150,000–$500,000 annually, with compensation based on adjusted production. Required Qualifications
