Conduct direct dental care to clinic patients including examination, diagnosis, and treatment with referrals to specialists. Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, root canals, bridges, and tooth extractions. Administer anesthetics safely, maintain patient records, and manage the dental team. Apply sealants, fluoride treatments, and teach patients proper oral hygiene techniques. Accept emergency calls as scheduled or as needed. Participate in staff meetings to plan and implement improvements to health services. Maintain established productivity, standards, and goals while documenting patient education and completing charts timely. Document on-call assessments.
