Job Summary
General Dentist needed for an established Plainville, CT practice. The role involves comprehensive dentistry including general, cosmetic, and restorative care with experience in endodontics, surgical procedures, and cosmetic dentistry preferred. Practice is fully digital with iTero and CBCT, a strong PPO patient base, and a focus on patient relationships, continuity of care, and high-quality outcomes. The position offers a strong earning potential with a guaranteed base and percentage of collections, mentorship opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, HSA/FSA, 401(k), and malpractice insurance. GPR or AEGD preferred; must have 3-5 years of clinical experience. Location: Plainville, CT; on-site, full-time schedule.
