Job Summary
Examine patients to determine the nature of conditions affecting teeth, gums, and oral structures using x-rays and diagnostic procedures. Clean, fill, extract, and replace teeth with rotary and hand instruments while providing preventive services and hygiene education. Coordinate laboratory services and adhere to safety protocols including OSHA and bloodborne pathogen requirements. Participate in morning huddles, chart reviews, and routine office meetings. Work Monday, Thursday, and Friday in a clean, well-lit office environment.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Licensed in state in which practicing
- Ability to obtain licensure upon graduation
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
- Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of a general practice residency (GPR)
- Completion of an advanced education general dentistry residency (AEGD)
