Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive exams, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic services within a multi-specialty environment. Collaborate with specialists and support staff while utilizing digital imaging, CAD/CAM systems, and an in-house dental lab to provide efficient, patient-centered care. Build lasting patient relationships through education and high-quality clinical standards in a practice featuring 14 operatories and a full-service lab. Full-time or part-time schedules (3.5-4 days/week) available with competitive earnings based on collections.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Active Connecticut dental license
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of general dentistry experience
- GPR or AEGD training
- Confidence in comprehensive treatment planning and full-scope general dentistry
- Patient-focused, team-oriented, and committed to clinical excellence
