Job Summary
Custodian needed at Maumelle Middle School to perform floor care (scrub, mop, wax, polish), vacuuming, dusting, window/woodwork cleaning, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, grounds upkeep, moving furniture, and working at varying heights with some heavy lifting. 4 hours per day, 182 contract days, non-exempt, hourly pay between $15.00 and $21.06 depending on experience. Requires custodial experience or willingness to learn and ability to handle physical tasks. Reports to Building Principal/Area Supervisor; responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for students.
