Job Summary
A growing restoration and reconstruction company is looking for an experienced General Contractor / Reconstruction Project Manager to manage residential and light commercial reconstruction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, budgets, and job quality, reviewing insurance scopes/estimates (with Xactimate preferred), and communicating with customers and internal teams. Applicants should possess strong project management skills and have a network of established subcontractors.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years construction or GC experience
- Established subcontractor network
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Insurance restoration experience preferred
