Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Contractor / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to manage facility maintenance and improvement projects. Responsibilities include overseeing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, and carpentry work, diagnosing issues, performing repairs and installations, and ensuring compliance with local codes and safety regulations. The role demands strong hands-on experience across multiple trades, project management skills, and effective communication while maintaining a safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a general contractor or multi-trade technician
- Proven experience across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring)
- Knowledge of building codes, life safety, and best construction practices
- Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and technical documents
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites as needed
- Professional communication and customer-service mindset
