Job Summary
Oversee all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout for large-scale commercial construction projects exceeding $100 million in value. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead teams across sectors including healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, and hospitality to deliver complex, high-quality projects. Requires 8–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management with a proven track record in these sectors. Based in or willing to relocate to the Nashville area.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Demonstrated experience managing projects valued at $100M+
- Sector experience in at least one of the following: healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, or hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Stable employment history with progressive responsibility
- Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Nashville area
