Job Summary
Conduct structural steel, piping, and block wall demolition while working in lifts. Perform physical tasks requiring bending, squatting, kneeling, and manipulating hand tools to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs. Wear required personal protective equipment including hard hats, safety glasses, ear plugs, hi-vis vests, gloves, and safety toe boots. Maintain a valid driver's license. Former commercial or residential construction demo experience is preferred, along with OSHA 10 certification. Submit an updated resume for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, grasp, manipulate hand tools
- Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, and tools
- Ability to work in a lift
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, hi-vis safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work boots
- Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs
- Valid Driver's license
