Job Summary
General Clerk I performs essential clerical duties: answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, sort and distribute mail, data entry, maintain records/files/databases, copy/scan/file documents, assist with scheduling meetings, manage office supplies and inventory, assist with basic bookkeeping/invoicing, support other departments, ensure office equipment functions and coordinate maintenance. Requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-paced environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in an office/administrative setting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Pay rate: $17.75.
