Job Summary
General Clerk Associate Representative handles the flow of incoming/outgoing electronic documents and claims for the Provider Intake team. Responsibilities include receiving and documenting claims, sorting and vetting claims for payment, filing and classifying data in the Claims Smart Indexing System, electronically transferring received claims to various platforms, triaging provider claims and GOP requests on Salesforce, managing intake channels, and performing related departmental tasks within defined turnaround times. Requires fluency in English, accuracy, discretion with confidential information, ability to work with multiple systems, and a Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution. Based at the Nairobi office in Kenya, in-person role.
