Job Summary
Perform general cleaning and restoration services in residential and commercial properties by sanitizing affected areas, operating equipment safely, and assisting with pack-out and inventory. Communicate professionally with customers on-site to ensure satisfaction while documenting job progress and reporting updates to crew leads. Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and supplies, and work independently or as part of a team to restore homes and businesses following SERVPRO standards. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
