Job Summary
Conduct general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and surface disinfecting at various job sites across Tampa Bay. Assist with project-based assignments such as post-construction cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and window cleaning while using equipment and chemicals safely. Report equipment issues, supply needs, or safety concerns to supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time according to quality standards. Work professionally with team members, supervisors, and clients. This role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shifts are flexible Monday through Sunday, with team members selecting posted shifts that fit their availability.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, general labor, or service-industry experience
- Flexible availability Monday through Sunday
- Ability to work different shift times, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, or early mornings
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working on your feet for long periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locations
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to pass a background check and employment eligibility verification
