General Cleaning & Preventative Maintenance

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and general cleaning in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces; inspect and repair fixtures, replace light bulbs, patch holes, inspect grout and caulking, repair mattresses and bed frames, vacuum behind and under furniture, dust surfaces, touch-up painting and furniture, and ensure equipment is in working order. Maintain, repair and clean guest rooms according to preventative maintenance procedures and standards. Report serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards to the manager; follow safety policies, protect proprietary information, and maintain professional appearance. Welcome and acknowledge guests, develop positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach goals. Adhere to quality expectations and standards. Physically able to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, and lift objects up to 50 pounds; stand or walk for extended periods. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
