Job Summary
Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and wax floors; machine shampoo carpeting; and clean walls, vents, screens, furniture, fixtures, windows, and glass doors. Wash interior and exterior windows, sweep entryways, empty trashcans, and clean restrooms while replenishing supplies. Change light bulbs up to the sixth step of a ladder, remove snow and ice with salt or melting products, organize custodial closets, and move furniture for special functions. Complete work requests to notify management of needed repairs and drive between locations when required. Perform these duties on the 3rd shift in a full-time role. Lift up to 25 pounds and walk up to 8 hours per day.
