Job Summary
Run a sweeper/scrubber to clean factory floors and safely operate industrial power equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, and powered vehicles. Operate pneumatic, battery, and electric hand tools while assisting in building and equipment maintenance duties such as recycling, painting, and filter changes. Perform grounds maintenance services including landscaping and snow removal, maintaining a safe work environment by following all required safety regulations and protocols. Complete other duties as assigned while adhering to company policies and customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, either orally or in writing
- Must follow all health and safety requirements
- Good communication skills
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- High school diploma or GED
- Successfully pass training: Lock-Out-Tag-Out, Confined Spaces, Aerial Lifts, Forklift, Gator/Cart, Fall Protection, PPE, and Bloodborne Pathogens
- Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to adjust shift as customer need
- Must pass pre-employment requirements as needed
