Job Summary
Conduct commercial janitorial cleaning at customer sites using proper procedures and chemicals learned through paid on-the-job training. Ensure wellness at locations across Indiana and Michigan by executing the scope of work under guidance from coaches. Work the 6p-10p second shift, Monday through Friday, with possible Sunday hours available. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, uniforms, and paid time off, with medical, dental, and vision insurance included. No prior experience is required; trainers will guide new hires from backgrounds in convenience stores, fast food, or manufacturing.
