Job Summary
General Cleaner responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in athletic areas, including offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces. Duties include cleaning and disinfecting sinks, countertops, floors, and kitchens, dusting and wiping furniture and equipment, disposing of trash, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors, restocking supplies, reporting repairs, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Preferred certifications in cleaning or custodial services and experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums and mops. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
