Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for a team of cleaners by overseeing scheduling, ensuring accurate time clocking, and guiding staff through training. Perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high productivity and the cleanliness of assigned areas. Operate cleaning equipment and supplies, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages to operational managers. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures while communicating effectively with team members. Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment requiring dependable, honest, and punctual attendance. Relocate to Indianapolis, IN, before starting work for evening shifts covering every weekend and Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of experience in janitorial cleaning in a community work setting
- Must pass extensive background check
- Have reasonable driving record and reliable transportation
- Must provide three strong references to support successful experience
- DEPENDABLE, honest, hardworking, and punctual
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment caring for customers and having pride for a job well done
