Job Summary
Conduct routine cleaning of manufacturing floors, offices, break rooms, stairwells, lobbies, restrooms, fitness centers, and security areas. Perform window cleaning, trash removal, surface sanitization, floor care, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Stock supply rooms, move furniture for event setups, and manage snow removal by shoveling and salting sidewalks. Work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, full-time at 40 hours per week. Pass background and drug screenings, comply with safety protocols, and wear required PPE including steel-toed boots, hard hats, and long pants. LACOSTA Facility Support Services provides uniforms, training, and support as a trusted contractor for Fortune 100 clients.
Required Qualifications
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently
- Must wear LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed shoes/boots, safety glass, hard hat, ear plugs, and long pants while working
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
