Job Summary
Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and wax floors; machine shampoo carpeting; clean walls, vents, screens, furniture, and fixtures; wash windows and glass doors; clean restrooms and replenish supplies. Sweep entryways, empty trashcans, and remove snow and ice when needed. Change light bulbs, organize closets, and move furniture or equipment as directed. Complete work requests to notify management of needed repairs. No prior work experience required. $15.50 per hour depending on experience. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, walk up to 8 hours, and climb ladders up to 6 feet. Criminal background check required.
