Job Summary
Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, extract carpets, strip and wax floors, remove trash, recycle, sanitize restrooms and locker rooms, polish entryway areas, wash windows, clear snow and ice, and clean desks, walls, furniture, doors, glass, counters, chalkboards, whiteboards, blinds, and light fixtures. Perform any additional duties directed by the custodial supervisor. This physically demanding role involves extensive walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying temperatures. Available in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift; full or part-time. Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Background check
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull
- The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25 pound on a frequent basis, up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
- Extensive walking and standing for the duration of the shift
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company
- Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold
