Job Summary
General Cleaner at MasterCorp, Inc. responsible for cleaning commercial properties to meet quality and timeliness standards. Duties include vacuuming, dust mopping, sweeping and washing hard surface floors; cleaning restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies; wiping spots on doors; dusting surfaces and blinds; reporting maintenance issues and damaged items; assisting with inventory and supplies; and maintaining a safe work environment. Shift listed as Monday–Friday from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Starting wage at $15/hour with full-time and part-time opportunities, paid training, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, vacation and sick time, 401(k) with company matching, and tuition reimbursement. Experience in janitorial work is a plus and the role emphasizes a strong work ethic and ability to learn and adapt.
