Job Summary
Perform a variety of cleaning activities in assigned buildings, including high dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, trash disposal, and floor care across areas such as public hallways, food court, and general common spaces. Follow documented cleaning procedures (high dusting, germicidal solutions, spot cleaning, and window cleaning), ensure sanitary conditions, and report any issues to supervision. Maintain safety and courtesy with customers, work quietly as assigned, and complete tasks within shift windows. Requires ability to lift 1–30 lbs, climb stairs, and operate cleaning equipment. Position supports early-morning shifts (M, W, F, S 6AM to 10AM) in Midland, TX, and offers hourly compensation.
