Job Summary
Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, extract carpets, and wax floors while removing trash, recycling, and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, and windows. Polish exterior areas within ten feet of entryways, clean desks, walls, furniture, and glass surfaces, and manage snow and ice removal. Perform any additional duties directed by the custodial supervisor. This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, extensive standing, and working in varying temperatures. Required Qualifications
- Background check required
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull
- The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25 pound on a frequent basis, up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
- Extensive walking and standing for the duration of the shift
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company
- Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
