Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high attention to detail. Handle cash and credit card transactions using the point-of-sale system, resolve customer complaints professionally, and set up dining areas before opening. Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and service areas regularly, monitor inventory levels, and restock supplies as needed. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery, communicate effectively with team members, and assist during busy periods by running food or drinks to tables. Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and COSHH regulations, maintain personal cleanliness, and follow proper hand hygiene procedures.
