Job Summary
Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner while ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the guest journey. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment. Comply with health and safety regulations and food service guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas. Work Monday through Thursday from 4:30pm to 2am and Friday from 3pm to 7pm.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
- Have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service
- You draw satisfaction from working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus
