General Cashier Cum Paymaster

Manage payroll processing and handle all cash transactions within the hotel, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with financial policies. Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees, verify daily cash collections from outlets, and reconcile receipts with Front Office and F&B reports. Maintain payroll records, general cashier float, and petty cash while investigating discrepancies and assisting in internal and external audits. Coordinate with P&C regarding attendance, leaves, and final settlements to ensure strict adherence to labor laws and internal control procedures.
