Job Summary
Conduct outpatient cardiology consultations and follow-up appointments with a patient volume of 18 to 20 daily. Complete treadmill stress tests, read EKGs and echocardiograms, and manage cases using the Cerner EMR system. Work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with no call requirements and support from an assigned medical assistant. Required Qualifications
- Board certification
- EMR experience with Cerner
- Ability to perform consults and follow-up appointments
- Ability to complete treadmill tests
- Ability to read EKGs
- Ability to read ECHOs
- Availability for Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule
- Ability to work without call requirements
- Ability to work in an outpatient setting
- Ability to handle patient volume of 18-20 per day
- Ability to work with assigned MA support
