Job Summary
General Cardiologist position at The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Heart & Vascular Center in Topeka, KS. Full-time, inpatient/outpatient mix with a comprehensive cardiology team, structural heart capabilities (ASOIPFO, TAVR, Watchman) and plans for Mitral/Triclip. Clinic 5 days per week with rotating weekend/holiday IP schedule; 1:6 call; administrative time; on-site imaging (Nuclear Stress, Echo, Vascular, Cardiac Rehab, Device Clinic). Mentorship available; objective focus on clinical practice (no research/teaching required) with Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe; outreach across 10 locations in secondary service areas; competitive recruitment package including base salary guarantees, wRVU incentives, CME stipend, relocation allowance, malpractice coverage, benefits, and potential total compensation of $618K+.
Required Qualifications
- ABIM Board Certified/Eligible Cardiologist
- Fellowship Training in Cardiology/Cardiovascular Diseases
