Job Summary
Conduct outpatient cardiology care and manage cardiac diagnostics including stress testing, rhythm management, and nuclear diagnostics. Supervise interpretation of echocardiograms, stress tests, and heart rhythm monitors while overseeing device management and ambulatory appointments. Provide general cardiology hospital call coverage with a 1:4 ratio and follow up on clinic and cardiology appointments. This role supports the establishment of a new cardiology practice at Island Health's Level III trauma center in Anacortes, Washington, serving a vibrant coastal community.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to interpret Echocardiograms
- Board-certified or Board-eligible in Echocardiography
- Active Washington State Medical License or the ability to obtain one
- General Cardiology hospital call coverage required (1:4)
